The Xinjiang-8 grain combine harvester should make the following adjustments when harvesting soybeans:

1. Replace the concave plate of the tooth drum on the threshing chamber of the grain harvester (spacing 25mm) and the movable concave plate of the axial flow drum (spacing 25mm), and the gap between the concave plate adjust to the maximum (25~30mm).

2. Replace the rollers on the threshing chamber, replace the plate-tooth rollers with 6-row nail-tooth rollers,replace the three-in-one axial flow drum with a spike drum.

3. Adjust the rotational speed of the axial drum in the threshing chamber and replace the intermediate shaft pulley with

180 or ¢200 pulley, change the axial flow drum pulley to 360mm

Pulley, replace the belt C2570 or C2610 at the same time, adjust the drum speed to 520~580 rpm.

4. When harvesting soybeans, the circular arc plate of the observation port under the elevator should be replaced with a punched-plate.

The kernel shell plate and the surplus shell plate on the bottom of the cleaning chamber should be removed replaced with punched-plate.

5. When harvesting soybeans, increase the air volume and increase the upper and lower sieves mesh.
