Adjustment of threshing drum speed

In order to meet different working conditions, different speeds can be obtained by adjusting the gear of the roller transmission box. In the stopped state, loosen the fixing bolt of the shift lever and rotate the shift lever to realize the adjustment of the drum speed. When the adjustment is completed, fix the shift lever position.

The adjustment reference is as follows

High-speed gear 380r/min, peanut seedlings are moderately dry, and the feed volume is large.

The medium-speed gear is 300r/min, the peanut seedlings are wet and the feeding amount is small.

The low-speed gear is 250r/min, very dry or very wet, and the feed volume is small.

Recommendation: Put the roller gearbox on the middle gear

Note: The airtight cavity at the rear of the longitudinal axial flow threshing drum may cause accumulation of debris. It should be checked and cleaned every day to prevent fire.
